Two teens indicted for aggravated assault after shooting at victim's car
Two teenagers have been indicted accused of following and shooting at a passing car near Clapp Park.
Isaiah Sartuze, 17, and Devon Marmolejo, 18, are charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
The woman driving the car was on her way to pick up her son when she noticed someone falling her around the neighborhood near 50th St. and Ave. U.
She pulled into the wrong driveway and when she went to back out, the suspects made a u-turn and started shooting at her. She wasn't hit.
If convicted, Sartuze and Marmoljeo face up to 20 years in prison and a fine up to $10,000.
