Lubbock Police team up with Big Brothers Big Sisters for annual Santa Cops

On Saturday, December 8th, the Lubbock Police Department will team up with a local non-profit for their annual Santa Cops event. This event helps provide Christmas to dozens of children enrolled in Big Brothers Big Sisters of Lubbock.

Santa Cops event is a volunteer-based project that is designed to meet the needs and Christmas wishes of local children selected to participate. Each year, children are paired with a Lubbock Police officer for a day filled with fun, food and shopping.

Santa Cops is made possible local donations, and dues paid directly by officers to the Lubbock Professional Police Association.
