LUBBOCK, Texas -

Add another creditor to the Reagor-Dykes bankruptcy case -- its now former bankruptcy attorneys.

Reagor-Dykes' chief restructuring officer fired David Langston and the firm of Mullin, Hoard and Brown, effective earlier this week, according to a new filing.

The firm is asking the court to confirms its employment as counsel from July 29 to Aug. 21, so it can get paid. The firm indicates it will file a final application for compensation and reimbursement of expenses with the bankruptcy court, seeking authority to draw on its retainer.

The filing indicates the chief restructuring officer BlackBriar will hire Foley and Lardner as representatives, which recently merged with Gardner, Wynne and Sewell and Marcus A. Helt.
