LUBBOCK, Texas -

Updated June 15, 3:50 p.m. -  According to court documents Russell's bond has been reduced to $35,000.

A judge is considering a bond reduction for a man charged with six counts of aggravated assault  following a shooting in the Depot District in May.

Kivalier Russell, 22, turned himself in to police over a week later after the attack. Police say Russell was involved in a fight outside of Kluzo’s, then fired several rounds as the group he was fighting tried to leave. One victim was seriously wounded.

Russell's bond is currently $250,000. His attorneys are asking a judge to half that.

The decision's expected Wednesday.
